1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup white mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground sage
2 teaspoons tarragon
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions. Drain grease. Add mushrooms. Cook 4 to 5 minutes and add garlic. Add sage and tarragon then flour. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add beef broth, stirring constantly. Stir on Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles. Enjoy!
