1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Topping:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with the corn flakes and melted butter. Bake, covered, at 350ºF for 1 hour.
