¼ lb. ham, cubed or chopped
¼ lb. salami
¼ lb. pepperoni
½ lb. provolone cheese
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
½ onion, diced
½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 T. Red wine vinegar
4 T. roasted red pepper spread or Cento hoagie spread or roasted pepper bruschetta
S & P
1 T. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cube or chop the meats and cheese. Put in a bowl and add the chopped tomatoes and onions. Add the red wine vinegar, pepper spread and oregano. Season well with S & P. Combine and chill for an hour or up to overnight. Right before you serve, toss in the iceberg lettuce.. Serve with crackers, focaccia, or something similar.
