8 oz. turkey sausage, Italian turkey sausage, or sausage
1 ˝ tsp. dried oregano
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
˝ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
˝ tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
Olive oil
1 jar peppadews

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Sauté the sausage and oregano in a skillet over medium high heat until sausage is cooked through, breaking into small pieces. Transfer the sausage to a bowl and cool. Mix in ˝ cup of Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Add the cream cheese and mix. Season with salt and pepper; mix in the egg. Brush a glass baking dish with olive oil and then sprinkle with a scant tablespoon of sausage mixture and the remainder of the parmesan cheese. Fill the peppadews with a mixture and place in the glass baking dish. Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes.

*If you use Italian sausage, oregano is not necessary.
