1 c frozen spinach ( 1 10 oz box, thawed and squeezed dry)
1 lb 93% ground turkey
1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
1/2 t garlic powder
1/8 t salt
1/8 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. form into 12 balls - cook at 375 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Serve with 1/2 c quinoa or wild rice, and cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices, with Tzatzis on the side.

makes 4 bowls. can freeze meatballs and wild rice to make bowls later.
