 1 Medium Onion
 1 cup Jasmine Rice
 2 cups Water
 2oz Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
 1/2 cup Peanuts
 8Tbsp Sweet Soy Glaze
 1Tbsp Sugar
 2Tbsp Butter
 1 Lime
 Cilantro
 Salt/pepper to taste

      | Directions: | Directions:Prep. Thinly slice Bell Pepper and Onion.Zest the Lime. Rough chop Cilantro
 Directions:
 In medium Pot add Jasmine Rice and Water together.Over medium heat continue cooking rice until it comes to a strong boil. Cover the pot and reduce the temperature to a simmer. Sir occasionally.
 Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add peanuts, sugar and 2 Tbsp of water. Stir often until the water evaporates and the peanuts become coated and lightly toasted.Transfer peanuts to a bowl and wipe out the pan.
 Add Oil to the same pan and begin heating over medium heat. Add pepper, onion and a pinch of salt. Cook until tender. Transfer to dish.
 Add another drizzle of oil to pan and over medium-high heat begin browning the pork. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. When browned add the peppers and onions, the sweet soy glaze, chili sauce and 1Tbsps of butter. Allow to continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
 Fluff rice and add 1 Tbsp of butter and the lime yeast to taste.
 Plating:
 Begin with a p
 Layer of jasmine rice. Too it with the pork mixture. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro to taste.
