Salad:
1pkg. unflavoured gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. salt
1 tbsp. mustard
1 can salmon, bones removed and flaked with a fork
1 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. whipped cream

Dressing (optional):
1/2 c. very finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:

Salad:
Place gelatin, cold water, and vinegar in the top of a double-boiler; allow gelatin to soften. Place over boiling water in the bottom of the double-boiler and stir until dissolved. Stir in sugar, salt, and mustard until blended. Cool. Stir in salmon on and celery. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a decorative container and place in fridge to set.

Dressing:
Combine all ingredients and serve with salad.
