1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cloves
⅛ tsp. ginger
1 box angel food cake mix
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix pumpkin, vanilla, and all the spices and set aside. Mix cake mix according to pkg. directions. Gently fold ¼ of pumpkin mixture into the cake batter. Continue to gently fold in the rest of the pumpkin mixture a little at a time. Put batter into the pan, cut with a knife. Bake at 350º for 38-44 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and springs back. Invert on a wire rack; cool completely. Serve with Cool Whip.
