1 cup butter, softened
½ cup confectionary sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2¼ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, cream butter and confectionary sugar until light and fluffy
beat in vanilla
Combine flour and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well
Stir in pecans and refrigerate until chilled

Preheat ove to 350º

Roll chilled dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes until set

Roll warm cookies in confectionary sugar, cool completely on rack
Roll cooled cookies in confectionary sugar again
