1 c. Flour
½ c. Sugar
¾ teas. Baking Powder
½ teas. Salt
¼ teas. Baking Soda
1 Egg
⅔ c. Buttermilk
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 teas. Vanilla
¼ teas. Almond
1 c. Fresh or Frozen Blueberries, divided
½ c. Almonds, sliced
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
¼ teas. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, butter, and flavorings.
Stir in the dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in ⅔ c. blueberries.

Pour into a greased 8 inch dish.
Top with remaining blueberries.

Combine the almonds, brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
