1¾ c. Flour.
2 teas. Baking Powder
½ teas. Salt. Streusel:
¼ teas. Cinnamon. ½ c. Brown Sugar
¼ teas. Nutmeg. ¼ c. Quick-Cooking Oats
½ c. Butter, softened. 2 tbsp. Flour
¾ c. Sugar. ½ teas. Cinnamon
1 Egg. ½ teas. Nutmeg
½ c. Milk. ⅛ teas. Salt
1 teas. Vanilla. 3 tbsp. Butter, cubed
2 c. Fresh Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom and sides of 8 inch pan with aluminum foil, and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In another bowl, combine butter, and sugar, until creamy. Add egg. Continue to stir.
Combine milk and vanilla.
Mix flour mixture and milk mixture to butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
Add blueberries and gently fold in.
Spread into prepared pan and sprinkle streusel over top.

For streusel, combine all dry ingredients together and work butter with fingers or with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Bake at 375º for 40 minutes.
