Head of cabbage

1 lb. beef
½ lb. pork

1 yellow onion
Butter to sautee the onion

¾ cup of cooked rice (not mushy)
2 cups of water to cook the rice in

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Salt

1 can of Campbells tomato soup
1 5.5 oz. can of tomato juice

Cook rice ahead of time

Parboil entire head of cabbage with core cut out
When leaves seperate they can be trimmed
(About 7 minutes)

Cook the beef and pork on the stove top

Saute the onion in butter

Mix cooked rice, onion and meat

Add Italian seasoning, garlic salt and salt to mixture
(Seasoon to taste as you like)

Fill cabbages with mixture
Roll golumbki cabbages
Put finished rolls in roaster to bake

Top rolls with tomato soup and juice

Cover with parchment paper
Cover with aluminum foil after that

Bake at 350º for 3 hours
