2 TBL butter
1 clove garlic, grated
24 large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail off (about 1 pound)
1 lime

Seasoning:
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp onion powder

Make the seasoning blend in a small bowl

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add butter to the pan. When butter is melted, stir in garlic

Immediately add shrimp.

Cut lime in half and squeeze over the shrimp.

Sprinkle the entire seasoning blend over the shrimp. Stir.

Sauté the shrimp on both sides for 4 - 5 minutes total until shrimp are pink. Do not over cook the shrimp or they will be rubbery.

Sometimes I marinade the shrimp in the seasoning and some olive oil for a few minutes, then put on skewers and grill.
