9 c. Rice Chex Mix
1 c. Chocolate Chips
½ c. Peanut Butter
¼ c. Butter
¼ teas. Vanilla
1½ c. Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter.
Stir in Vanilla.
Pour over Chex Cereal, scoop into a large plastic ziplock bag, sprinkle with powdered sugar and shake well to coat.
Place plastic bag in the freezer to let cool.
Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
