Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c. Hazelnut Wafer Cookies, crushed. (I used Pepperidge Farm’s Pirouettes)
3 c. Toasted Hazelnuts, finely chopped
1¼ c. Nutella

For the Chocolate Coating:

1 c. Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 teas. Coconut Oil (or vegetable oil)
1½ c. Toasted Hazelnuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine crushed hazelnut cookies, hazelnuts and Nutella until well combined.
(Mixture will be sticky). Chill for about 30 minutes.
Shape into small balls about the size of a teaspoon.
Place on prepared baking sheet, then chill in freezer for about 15 minutes.

For the chocolate coating:

Combine chocolate and oil in microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between bursts, until mixture is melted and smooth.
Stir in hazelnuts and let mixture cool slightly.
Dip prepared hazelnut balls in chocolate. (This can be a bit tedious and time consuming, but well worth it).
