1 c. Butter, softened
1¼ c. Sugar
1 Egg
1½ c. Flour
1½ teas. Baking Soda
⅛ teas. Salt
1 c. Pecans, chopped
¾ c. Red and Green Candied Cherries, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg; mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in pecans and cherries.
Shape into four 8-inch rolls.
Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Unwrap and cut into ¼-inch slices.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 7-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
