While coals are getting hot, layer in a 12"Dutch oven:
1 lb. cubed stew meat
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
8-10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
8 carrots, sliced
1 large can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place 15 - 18 hot coals on top and 15 - 18 coals on bottom of Dutch oven and cook for 1 hour - then add:
6-8 tomatoes, cubed (or 2 15 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1 lb. ground sausage
4 C. grated cheese
Cook for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
