3/4 c grapeseed oil
12 sprigs of fresh oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan combine the oil and the oregano and cook over low heat until the temperature of the oil is 200ºf, about 2 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and set aside to cool for 1 hour.

Pour the oil through a sieve and into a jar, pressing the oregano to extract as much oil as possible. Refrigerate for 2 months.
