1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1" strips pieces
1 c orzo, uncooked
4 t paprika
2 t ground cumin
11/2 t salt
1 t saffron threads
1/2 t ground cinnamon
2 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 c chopped onion
1 1/2 c chicken broth
1/3 c golden raisings
1/4 c fresh cilantro

To prepare for freezing:
1. bag chicken cut into 1" cubes
2. bag 1 cup orzo
3. In a snack size baggie combine: Paprika, cumin salt, saffron and cinnamon
4. In a quart size baggie combine: onion, garlic, chicken broth, raisins, cilantro

Put all baggies in a gallon size freezer bag and freeze. Thaw in the refrigerator

Cook this in a large skilled with a lid.

1. Roll chicken in Paprika spic mix. Brown in 1 T olive oil in a skillet
2. Add broth mixture to the skillet cover with skillet lid. Bring to a boil; stir in Orzo; cover and let it boil 2 minutes.
3. Add browned chicken. Cover, Reduce heat, stir occasionally to prevent sticking. (Can add a little extra broth or white wine if needed) Cook 8-9 minutes until Orzo is tender.
4. Serve with more fresh cilantro as a garnish.
