1 lb butter , softened
1 lb box powdered sugar, sifted
3 c all purpose flour , sifted
1/4 t salt
2 T lemon juice
1 T vanilla
1/2 t almond extract
1/2 t lemon extract
6 whole eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Use mixer. Let butter warm up to room temperature overnight. Cream butter and sugar; add lemon juice and flavors. Combine flour with salt. Add to creamed mixture the eggs and flour in thirds. Beat well. Use a deep tube pan 4 inches, or large square pan. Bake 325º for 1 3/4 hours. Finished cake weighs 32 oz.
