1 pkg devil food cake mix
1/2 c. oil
11/3 c. water
3 eggs

Topping
1 jar carmel topping (8 oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 butterfinger bars crushed
1 container cool whip
1 pkg cream cheese softened (8 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13 x 9 pan with PAM. Mix cake ingredients and blend well. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake cake until it starts to pull away from pan about 35 minutes. Poke holes into cake with back of wooden spoon while cake is still hot. Mix carmel and milk and pour over cake. Sprinkle half of the candy bars over cake. Mix cool whip and cream cheese well. Spread over the cake and top with remaining candy bars. Chill!
