2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan, blend in flour and salt. Gradually stir in the milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add grated cheese, stir to melt. Serve over vegetables.
