½ stick butter
1 round steak, slivered and browned, salted and peppered
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small sour cream (can use large sour cream to increase servings)
Rice or noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Simmer together butter, steak and mushrooms. Add in soup and simmer. Finally add in sour cream and simmer with lid. Be careful not to burn. Serve over rice or noodles.
