Cake: Chocolate Buttercream:

1 Chocolate Cake Mix. 1¼ c. Butter, softened
3 Eggs. ½ c. Cocoa Powder
½ c. Oil. 2 tbsp. Milk
¾ c. Milk. 3-4 c. Powdered Sugar
¾ c. Sour Cream
2 teas. Vanilla

Green Minty Cream Filling:

1¼ c. Butter, softened
1 teas. Peppermint Extract
4-5 c. Powdered Sugar
Green Food Coloring

For Cake:
Prepare 2 8” cake pans with Baker’s Joy
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Cut each layer in half (4 layers)

Green Minty Cream Filling:
Whip together, and spread between layers of cake.

Chocolate Butter Cream:
Whip together and spread over cake.

Put Andes mint candies around bottom of cake and on the top.

Drizzle with Chocolate Syrup of choice.
