2 low fat yogurts (6 oz ea)
1 container fat free cool whip
1 pkg (3 oz) sugar free jello
1 prepared store bought graham cracker pie crust (optional)

The yogurt and the jello should be the same flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Pour jello powder into a cup

Add 1/4 cup boiling water

Dissolve the jello completely

Fold in the yogurt and the cool whip

Either pour into a prepared graham cracker crust or just pour into a bowl (like a mousse)

Cool for at least 3 hours. Can be cooled overnight.

Enjoy!

This can last in your refrigerator for one week

Also-optional - this can be served frozen.
