1 c. semi-sweet choc. chips, melted
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate & oil and melt in microwave. In mixing bowl add chocolate, sugar, eggs 1 at a time then vanilla – add dry ingredients and blend. Stir in nuts and chill dough. Drop cookie scoop full into powdered sugar and roll around to coat with powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 10–12 min. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
