3 lbs. beef soup bones
2 onions, quartered
2 carrots
2 celery stock, cut
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. pickling spice
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt or to taste
6 peppercorns
Water to cover bones

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a large pot. Let simmer for 3 hours, Strain broth and put in refrigerator to cool. When cold, skim off the fat. Reheat broth; add noodles or vegetables.

Note: To make a richer broth roast the bones.
