4 slices of bacon, crumbled
2 cooked chicken breasts, chunked
1 box long grain wild rice mix
2 cans chicken broth
4 c. milk
2 c. half and half
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. diced cooked celery
1/2 c. diced cooked carrots
1/2 small jar diced pimento
Mrs. Dash
Chicken bullion
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Sauté celery and carrots (and onion if desired) add chicken, broth, spices and rice. When rice is done, add milk and cream and garnish with crumbled bacon.
