2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice
1/2 c. walnuts
Frosting:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
Vanilla
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, sugar and oil, add the rest of the ingredients, blend and bake in a greased and floured 9 X 13 cake pan @ 325º for 25-35 minutes until done. Make frosting and spread on cooled cake.

In 1998 Mom (Jean) Carol and I visited Rising Sun, Indiana and saw four aging Aunt's and Uncles. Our first visit back in 47 years, since 1954 when I was 9 months old. Aunt Bernice and Aunt Mary, my Grandma Ava Bailey Marbles sisters lived together and we had a wonderful visit with them. It was like seeing Grandma again. They said this was a family favorite recipe passed down on their Bailey side. I just had to include it.
