Flank Steak, cubed
Seasoned Butter (recipe found in Sauces and Dressings category)
Fresh Spinach
Onions, Mushrooms
Bacon Strips

Cream Sauce:
1 pkg. 3 oz. Cream Cheese
¼ c. Milk
1 tbsp. Butter
¼ teas. Pepper
½ c. Crumbled Blue Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Lay flank steak out flat and spread with seasoned butter.
Top with layers of spinach, onions and mushrooms.
Roll in jelly roll fashion and wrap with bacon strips and secure with toothpicks.
Cut steak between bacon wraps and lay pinwheel on it’s side.
Grill pinwheels and serve with Cream Sauce.

For cream sauce, mix all ingredients together in a saucepan and simmer until well blended.
