4 lb. well-trimmed Beef Rib Eye Roast
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 teas. Coarse Sea Salt
1 teas. Cracked Black Pepper
1 teas. Dried Rosemary, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary; press evenly onto roast.
Place on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Insert meant thermometer so bulb is centered in thickest part, not resting in fat.
Do not add water or cover.
Bake at 350º. Remove when thermometer registers 145º for medium rare or
160º for medium.
