12 Roma (plum) tomatoes
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
6 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Pre-heat oven to Broiler setting
1/2 cup fresh basil stems removed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 French baguette
4 Cups shredded Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, basil, salt & pepper.

Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Cut the baguette into 3/4" slices.

On a baking sheet, arrange the slices. Broil for 1-2 minutes until slightly brown

Top with tomato mixture and mozzarella cheese

Broil for five minutes or until cheese is melted
