1 16 oz can tomato juice
several whole cloves
2 slices lemon
2 slices onion
1/2 tsp. salt
envelope knox gelatin
1/4 c. celery chopped
1/4 c. green olives sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Let tomato juice, cloves, lemon, onion and salt come to a boil. Strain and add gelatin which has been disolved in cold water. Add olives and celery and pour into a mold. Serve on lettuce leaf.
