3 lbs. Red Potatoes, cooked and diced
¼ c. Butter, melted
¼ c. Flour
8 c. Half n’ Half
16 oz. Velveeta Cheese
1 c. Cheddar Cheese
White Pepper, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste
1 teas. Hot Pepper Sauce
½ lb. Bacon, fried crisp
½ c. Chives, chopped
½ c. Parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and flour, mixing until smooth.
Place over heat and gradually add half and half, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add Velveeta. Mix well.
Add potatoes, stir in pepper, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
Place soup into individual bowls and top with cheddar cheese, pepper bacon, chives and parsley
