"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 onion, quartered
3 Tbl minced garlic
1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbl parsley flakes
1 3/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 C parmesan cheese
1/4 C THM baking blend or old fashioned oats
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage

For the Sauce:
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp pure stevia extract powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

8 oz shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Put eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, Parmesan, and old fashioned oats in a food processor and process well for a minute or two until smooth.

Add the contents of the food processor to the meat in a 9x13 baking dish and mix all thoroughly together.

Make the sauce. Don't bother washing to food processor. Add the sweetener, onion powder, and garlic powder and process until smooth.

Pour half the sauce into the baking dish and mix well with the meat. Smooth the meat into a flat loaf inside the dish. Pour the remaining tomato sauce on top, then cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 50 minutes. The loaf releases a lot of fluid. Pour half of it out once cooked.
