½ c. Onion, chopped
2 cans Shrimp, rinsed and drained
Mushrooms, chopped, optional if desired
2 tbsp. Butter
½ lb. Crabmeat
8 Flounder filets
1 box Chicken Stuffing Mix
2 eggs
Black Pepper to taste
¼ teas. Smoked Paprika
2 cans cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
⅓ c. Chicken Broth
2 tbsp. Water
⅔ c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. Parsley or Chives, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, shrimp and mushrooms in butter. Add Crabmeat.
Add box of chicken stuffing and eggs to crabmeat mixture; mix well.
Sprinkle filets with pepper and paprika.
Spoon crabmeat mixture on filets, roll up and fasten with toothpick.
Place in a greased 9x13 pan.
Combine soup, broth and water, blend until smooth.
Pour over filets and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake covered at 400º for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes more.
