8 oz noodles cooked and drained
11/2 lb ground beef
1 large onion thinly sliced
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can green beans drained
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked nootles in a greased baking dish. Brown beef and drain all but 1 tbsp grease from pan. Saute onion until tender. Return beef. Blend in flour salt and lemon juice. Stir in mushrooms with liquid and green beans and tomato sauce. Spoon mixture over noodles and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or unitl hot and bubbly.
