Directions:
1. Grab a knife and go to town. Especially when you bring it home and it's still kinda warm. mmm mmm good:)

2. Pesto chicken pizza. Grab some flatbread, spread some pesto (Costo's is really good) chicken pieces maybe a little extra garlic and sprinkle some cheese. Broil for a few minutes in the oven on top rack. Macy's favorite!

3. Quesadillas. Cut up chicken, add some cheese and green onions, a little cilantro and place between two tortillas with outsides dusted with cooking spray. Place in pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Es bueno :)

4. Chicken Caesar Salad. Grab a premade salad bag or get your own fixings, makes for a quick and healthy dinner when time is limited.

5. Chicken Salad. Mix 2 cups of shredded chicken mixed with 3/4 cup of chopped celery and red grapes (halved), 2 green onions thinly sliced, 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup of ranch. Add in seasonings salt, pepper, dill (fresh if you have) and squeeze 1/2 lemon. Serve on buttery croissants or tasty crackers.
