2 t. cocoa powder
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. instant coffee
2 T plus 2 t. shortening
2 eggs
160 g. vinegar

Creaming method. Use a pasta roller to get dough thing, then cut out with round cutter and wrap around canooli tubes. Fry, fill, eat.
