4 medium Russet Potatoes
⅓ c. Sour Cream
1 tbsp. Fresh Chives, snipped
¼ c. Butter, melted
1½ c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
5 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes for 1 hour or until done.
Let the potatoes cool enough to touch.
Slice potatoes in half.
Scoop out center being sure to leave about ¼ inch of potato on the inside.
Brush entire surface of each potato skin inside and out with melted butter.
Place skins on a cookie sheet, cut side up, and broil for about 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon pieces.
Broil for another 2 minutes.
Serve with Sour Cream that has the chives mixed in to it.
