1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked
1-2 boxes of chicken broth
Bag of spinach
Box or bag of cheese tortellini
1-2 cans of Italian diced tomatoes
Shredded carrots
1/2 - full block of cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into crockpot, using 1 box of chicken broth at first and 1/2 block of cream cheese. Stir frequently.
