12 eggs, scrambled and pre-cooked with Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Ham, minced
1/3 cup Velveeta Cheese, melted
2 tbsp Whipping Cream or Milk

1/3 cup flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp water
1/3 cup Bread Crumbs, seasoned
1/2 cup Panko, seasoned

Oil for Frying

Put Velveta in skillet and slowly melt over low heat;
Add cream/milk to cheese.

Whisk a dozen egg together in bowl;

Put a chunk of butter in pan and melt; add eggs, a pinch of kosher salt, and pepper; scramble eggs.

Cut ham into small slices, put in food processor, and mince. Put minced ham on top of eggs, add cheese, and mix well.

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray, or oil sheet. Make paddies using egg ring or similar item, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In bowl pour in flour; in another bowl beat 2 eggs; in another bowl pour in bread crumb & Panko mixture.

Remove eggs from refrigerator; dredge in flour, then (covering all sides), then in egg mixture; then in bread crumb and Panko mixture.

Fry in hot oil (about 325º), about 2 minutes per side. Use spatula and tongs to flip (prevents splashing). Place on paper towels.
