Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 roll of breakfast sausage
pack of bacon, thin cut works best
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup of shredded cheese
veggies of your choice (fresh jalapenos cut into strips and asparagus are great)
butter
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee veggies in butter and or olive oil with a little salt and pepper until soft. ( jalapenos will lose most of their heat once sautéed).

In a 1-gallon Ziploc bag, combine ground beef and sausage, mix by hand. Close all but a small corner to allow air to escape as you flatten out the meat mixture to fill the entire bag.

With the bag laying flat, unzip and cut the top of the bag all the way to the bottom of the bag, then cut the bottom of the bag so you can pull the bag away from the meat.

Spread cream cheese over the meat mixture followed with sauteed veggies and shredded cheese

Look on YouTube for "Bacon Weave" and weave the pack of bacon.

Roll up the meat, cheese, and veggies to form a log and fold end up around the ingredients to make it into a stuffed meatloaf.

Place the loaf on the top of the bacon weave and roll so the "seam" of the bacon weave is on the bottom of the roll.

Smoke at 225-250 degrees until the center measures 165 degrees, or bake at the same temperature.

Once cooked, place under broiler to crisp the bacon.

Cut into 1 or 2-inch slices and serve
