Hannah's Shrimp and Feta over Linguini Recipe

1 lb. medium green shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbl extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup clam juice
4 small ripe tomatoes
1 Tbl. butter
1 tsp. Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, parsley)
6 oz. feta, crumbled
1 lb. linguini

Pour 1 tsp lemon juice over shrimp. Cook linguini.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, saute until transparent. Add garlic, wine, and clam juice. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.

In another pan, saute shrimp in butter and Italian seasoning until pink. Remove from heat. Add shrimp to tomato mixture. In large bowl, toss cooked linguini with tomato mixture and feta. Season with salt and pepper.
