3 tubes Sugar Cookie Dough
16 oz Marshmallow Fluff
16 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
16 oz Mascarpone Cheese (optional)
Fruit (enough to cover)

Amounts can be increased or decreased based on your pan and needs.
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cookie dough over a cookie sheet with raised sides and bake until golden. Let cool. (You could also make individual cookies if that is your preference)

Mix Fluff, cream cheese, and mascarpone (if you’re using it) until smooth making the frosting for your pizza.

Spread the frosting mixture over the entire surface of your cookie.

Add the fruit in whatever design you want.
