1- 12 oz. Hillshire Farm Beef smoked sausage (blue label)
1 small potato quartered and diced
1 small carrot peeled and sliced
1/2 small onion, chopped
bits of chopped, cooked green beans
broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash
Red or green peppers
celery, sweet potato-
whatever is in the fridge.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice smoked sausage in a skillet, add vegetables, with carrots first as they take longer to cook, then potatoes and finally the rest. Heat until desired doneness. Can serve over rice but is great by itself.

This is another clean out the vegetable bin meal. It is delicious, quick and easy. Grandpa Bud Willis introduced us to this delicious meal.
