Sauce:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (aged is better)
1 tablespoon wine mustard
Add portabella mushrooms & 1/2 green pepper chopped to taste

Topping:
1 small jar of capers
chopped tomatoes (add the amount you want)
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Simmer butter, add the rest of sauce ingredients until flavors blend
2. Take a little olive oil in separate sauté pan and add drained/rinsed capers and tomatoes until hot
3. Brush swordfish with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook on med-high in skillet
4. Place fish on plate; pour sauce over fish; then top with tomato/caper topping
5. SO DELICIOUS!
