1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt
1 tbl milk
1 tbl butter
1 beaten egg
1 egg white
1/2 cup beer
Fish
Directions:
Directions:
1. Add flour, salt, then stir in egg, butter, milk and beer gradually until smooth
2. In separate bowl, beat egg white until stiff
3. Fold in egg white into flour mixture (let sit for an hour)
4. Dip fish and fry in vegetable oil
