Ingredients:  
3 tablespoons flour (add 1/2 teaspoon pepper & 1/2 teaspoon salt to flour)
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 pound mushroom (8 oz)
3 tablespoon marsala wine
2/3 cup beef stock or chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
1. Flour mixture (w/s&p) – dip meat into flour and sauté in vegetable oil – remove meat & cover
2. Add onions; garlic; mushrooms; and marsala – cook until mushrooms are tender
3. Add stock and meat and simmer until liquid cooks off.
4. Add butter – cover when simmering. Don’t cook long – meat will get tough.
