1 17-oz date bread mix 3/4 cup orange juice
1 slightly beaten egg 1/2 cup mashed banana
2 tsp instant coffee crystals 1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup raisins 1/2 cup broken walnuts cream cheese (optional) or pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine bread mix, orange juice, egg,
banana & coffee crystals. Mix well. Stir in coconut, raisins & nuts, if desired. Turn batter into a greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 mins on wire rack. Remove from pan, cool on wire rack. Serve with softened cream cheese.
